Cannivel is shy, submissive, calm, and mostly keeps to himself. Some other students see him as an appropriate target for bullying, but he has enough snark and sass in him to return fire. His way of talking is sarcastic and often straight to the point, making him a bit rude to other people at times. He also tends to talk with a lisp.

Cannivel is a black magic student who has a talent for making potions. It's one of the few things he's good at, as he's otherwise rather clumsy. His other biggest talent is befriending mice. He might steal some of your blood for his potions, but he never means to do any serious harm.

Cannivel always wears his robe and red latex gloves, even when sleeping. His tendencies to homophobia are incredibly contradictory. On one hand, he is fixated on everything needing to be clean and will get extremely upset when things aren't. On the other hand, his own personal hygiene isn't great.

His tail always drags on the floor. His long whiskers are incredibly sensitive and he has an amazing sense of smell. This is probably how he"sees".
